Description
Highlights
THIS… is a 1958 Chevrolet Apache 3100 Stepside, finished in green and white with a beige interior.
- This Apache underwent a complete restoration by DWS Classics in Huntington Beach, California.
- A partial list of notable currently installed equipment reported by the seller includes 18-inch Budnik wheels, a Scott’s Hotrods custom chassis, Wilwood brakes, RideTech coilovers, a wood-trimmed bed, leather upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, manual windows, air conditioning, a Bluetooth-enabled sound system, and more as detailed below.
- Remembered as one of Chevrolet’s most emblematic trucks, the Task Force went on sale in 1955 to replace the long-running Advance Design model. The Task Force brought several firsts to Chevy’s range of pickups: it was notably available with a V8 engine and power steering. Chevrolet rolled out the Apache nameplate across the light-duty range in 1958, and production ended the following year.
- Power comes from a 383 cubic-inch V8. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission.
